Bella & Sophia are excited about going shopping today. Sophia driving - if she can get the Volvo started. She cranks the car wearing black knee-high boots over jeans; when she can't get it started, Bella gives it a shot wearing jeans with red wedge-heel boots. After a few minutes, Sophia demands that Bella get out so she can try one more time.

Bella comes out to start up the Volvo while her sister finishes getting ready. It turns out to be more temperamental than she expected, so when Sophia joins her in the passenger seat, she's still trying to get it started. When the battery is pretty much dead, Sophia slides out of the car; Bella joins her as they discuss what to do. Bella is really disappointed and goes back inside. Sophia decides to give it a try in an attempt to lift her sister's spirits. So she changes the battery in the Volvo and tries to start it herself without Bella knowing at first.

Bella & Sophia hop into the Volvo to go for a quick drive, but the car won't start. Sophia starts out, cranking away in her white knee-high socks. After a few minutes, Bella asks if she can get it started, so they swap places. Sophia winds up standing on the hood of the car, slightly jumping up and down, demanding it start!

Bella & Sophia are ready to go somewhere, but the car doesn't start. After trying and trying to get it started, Sophia drains the battery. Bella gets out, changes the battery, and tries to direct her sister on how to get it started. When that doesn't work, Bella tries to start it herself.

Sophia sneaks into Bella's car and decides to do some hard revving in it. Bella sneaks up on her, scaring her when she asks what she's doing. Sophia just likes feeling the power of the car. Bella tells Sophia to slide over so she can do some revving, but the video fades out there because of a persistent knocking noise under the hood.

Bella & Sophia are loading up in Bella's car to go somewhere. Bella has trouble getting it started, and she lights up a cigarette as she continues cranking. Sophia gives it a try as well, but it just won't start. The twins talk back and forth about the car, talk sweet to it, but it's not going anywhere today.
