Tinsley is in the Monte-Carlo talking to Mandie on her smart-phone getting directions to a modeling photo shoot. Tinsley is wearing dark sun glasses , black& white sleeveless top, black mini dress, beige ankle-strap stiletto sandals, pantyhose. As Tinsley is talking to Mandie she revs the Monte-Carlo’s engine after getting directions to the photo shoot Mandie hangs up on Tinsley. Tinsley looks down at her smart-phone she gets a text message from someone the message is hope you get your car started.
You her boyfriend are sitting besides her Tinsley asks you did you do this? He nods no. Tinsley seems a little bit irritated. Mandie asks Tinsley if she was wearing the outfit and and if she’s in the Monte-Carlo. Tinsley tells her boyfriend she’s going to get the car started, she puts the gearshift in park. Tinsley turns the ignition key the engine will not start she cranks and pumps the Monte-Carlo’s gas pedal, wile Tinsley is trying to get the Monte-Carlo to start Shish is getting a mixture of upper and footwell video from the passenger seat he also has another camera mounted somewhere above the brake pedal getting only footwell video of Tinsley’s right foot pumping the gas pedal.
As Tinsley is cranking and pumping the gas pedal after close to five minutes the battery gets weak with each turn of the ignition key the engine almost sputters a couple of times before the battery died on her, she tries a couple of more times the only thing you hear is the starter solenoid switch click as Tinsley turns the ignition key .
