For anyone who currently has a monthly recurring subscription, I just wanted to give you a heads up that the last part of this site overhaul will be dealing with the membership software that controls your recurring subscription to the site. I’m phasing out the current software and migrating to a new one. What this means is that, with the way Paypal works, your monthly recurring membership through the old software has to run out before you can transition to the new software. This will result in a break in your recurring membership but since this is not of your doing, you will be able to retain the monthly pricing plan you currently have once you resubscribe.
All of this will be handled in the dashboard you’ve probably seen already on the site. You will still login the same way as you always have it’s just that now, that new dashboard will be where you’ll see all your info including the option to resubscribe when your current subscription runs out.
I don’t know exactly what method I’ll use to get you back on your plan — whether it’s a coupon or a special pricing tier I create, I have to see how it all fleshes out when the final migration/changes are made public. So please bare with me.
When the migration is complete, all you will have to do is just login to the site normally and navigate to your dashboard and resubscribe. Do not create a new account as there is no need since your user and logon info will be migrated.
