Now that the car is running, they head out. Heads down the long gravel driveway and, like a good and safe driver, she puts her blinker on. lol She’s slowing to make the turn to pull onto the road when the car stalls. She lets it roll back, without putting it in the ditch would be great so she can start the car again. Don’t wanna be stuck in the road on this blind hill.
After a few tries, she gets it going again and when she pulls onto the road to roll into the throttle, the car bucks and kicks but doesn’t die.
“It’s probably cold.” Jane says and dismisses it as a nothing-burger. They’re cruising along now and Jane is having to tell her to slow down because she does have a bit of a lead foot in those big ole boots of hers. Coming to the stop sign, she’s about to go the wrong way but Jane corrects. She whips out onto the road and gets on the gas again, this time without any push-back from the cars engine. It’s warmed up now.
They make it back and she parks it but before turning it off she revs it a little more.
