Jane scurries out to the Monte Carlo on this damp chilly morning in her pajama’s, white sneakers and coffee mug in hand. She gets in, pumps the gas a few times and turns the engine over. It doesn’t start. She repeats the process about half a dozen times before the car fires up and stays running. Gotta love those cold starts!
She does some mild revving to warm it up and then when it sounds like it’s running smooth, she puts it in Drive and squeezes on the throttle only to hear the tires break loose and start spinning. Looks like she’s a little stuck thanks to this light drizzle of rain making the yard really slick. She pumps on the gas to try and get the car to get some traction and it’s kinda working. The car is rocking a little, so she keeps at it, getting harder as she gets more movement. Finally, the car slowly spins it’s way out of the mud and onto the driveway but it’s still sliding due to tire being caked in mud. It takes a bit to get all that mud out of the tire where the rubber catches the concrete driveway better.
