Kristen is out by the river so she can have some time away to think and put certain aspects of her life into perspective.  Unfortunately, a friend keeps calling her back over and over, but Kristen just hangs up on them.  She’s in no mood to talk right now, and she finally decides to leave – but the Nova won’t start.  Today just hasn’t been her day.
