Pepper’s Car Won’t Start While Trying to Go to Vet

Pepper is taking her dog Lacey to the vet for her regular check up and shots.  She’s using the old Blazer so as not to get her Mustang covered in dog hair.  When the 2 are settled, the Blazer won’t start.  It looks like Pepper may have to take Lacey to the vet some other day.
