Scarlet’s Brakes Get Cut Before She Can Break the Story

In this custom video, I have a breaking news story that I finish up before heading back to the office.  Little do I know, the person the story’s about isn’t going to have that.  He cuts my brake hose while I’m typing the final draft.  On the way to the office, my brakes go out, and I can’t get my vehicle to stop!
