I am on my way to a holiday party with some iced cranberry cookies, and my car doesn’t want to start. It doesn’t help that the gas pedal is still broken, which I comment on when I first get in the car. I have to battle with it for a while, and when it does start up, I’m delighted I can be on my way! I put it in reverse to back out of the garage, but it dies on me. I get it started again, and I wait a second before putting it in reserve this time, just to make sure the car will stay running.
