Going back to the Monte Carlo for another round in trying to get it started. We’re done for the day and if she can get the Monte started, she’ll just drive us home in it. She finally gets it to fire up and we can head out. The car does stall on her along the way (go figure!) and once we get home, I tell her how to do a burnout and she does a quick one with a big cheesy grin before she lets off and stalls the car.
“Burnt rubber in the evening.” she says before going to start the car again but it’s flooded and hard to start. She’s heavy and fast on that pedal and once she gets it started, she romps on it some to clear it out before parking it.
Sorry for the washed out foot well. Long before the days of HDR filming.
