Mandie had to stop by the Parks & Recreation building and as she’s trying to leave, her car dies and won’t start again. She’s confused as to why it suddenly isn’t starting because she just drove it there with no problems. She pleads with the car to start and tries pumping different ways to get a reaction from the car.
