Scarlet Nighttime Crank & Rev in White Boots

I have trouble getting the Torino started, and when it starts, I have trouble keeping it running.  I do some revving in between the cranking and punch the gas sharply while doing so from time to time.  This causes the Torino to die a time or two, and I have to keep trying to start it.
